Queensland Health, The Clinician partner to implement PRM and PRC surveys

The ZEDOC platform will be implemented statewide across all Hospital and Health Services.

Queensland Health has awarded The Clinician a statewide contract to implement its ZEDOC platform, enhancing the collection and analysis of Patient Reported Measures (PRMs) and Patient Safety Culture (PSC) staff surveys across all Hospital and Health Services.

The system will capture real-time patient and staff feedback for care improvement. Key features include the collection of Patient-Reported Experience Measures and Patient-Reported Outcome Measures. It will also gather real-time feedback from healthcare staff on patient safety culture for targeted interventions.

The PRM platform will act as a single system for both PRMs and PSC data collection and analysis, providing a comprehensive tool for healthcare professionals.

Patients will receive automated communication via SMS or email, following or during their engagement with a health service.
