New Indonesian health bill to help hospitals expand services

It will also support hospitals to quickly hire workers.

Indonesian hospitals will be supported by a newly enacted health bill, which allows select hospitals to implement their postgraduate programmes and allow foreign medical experts to bridge staff gaps.

According to UOBKayHian, this bill will support hospitals in expanding services to provide more complex services and hire professional healthcare workers faster.

Currently, the online broker sees investment opportunities in Indonesian hospitals, which will now recover from the impact of the normalisation of post-COVID-19.

Revenue per inpatient day shows an encouraging trend. The traffic volume of patients also continues to increase with new hospital openings and retrofitting of existing hospitals.

Specifically, the three hospitals, Medikaloka Hermina, Siloam, and Mitra Keluarga benefitted from these.
