MDH inks collab with real estate developer for wellness programme

They will launch Wellness-By-Design, which will offer healthcare services at home.

Manila Doctors Hospital (MDH) signed a memorandum of agreement with Federal Land Inc. (FLI), a prominent real estate developer in the Philippines, to create a wellness programme, that aims to offer at-home healthcare services.

The Wellness-By-Design programme is designed for FLI's estates and communities, which will provide quality healthcare services to FLI communities, including residents, tenants, and employees.

It will initially be implemented at Met Park, an FLI property near Manila Doctors Hospital.

Wellness-By-Design will offer home care visits, teleconsultations, nursing, caregiving, and more through MDH's Homecare Plus services.

It also includes offsite and remote services through the "Roving Med," a mobile facility that can be deployed at FLI properties to provide immediate diagnostic and laboratory services to the community.

Pre-qualified members of the program will also receive MDH VIP e-Wellness Passports, which offer special rates and discounts for specific hospital services.
