King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre names new Deputy CEO

Deputy CEO Björn Zoéga will be involved in the hospital’s aim of advancing a digital transformation strategy.

King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (KFSH&RC) has appointed Dr. Björn Zoéga as its new Deputy CEO.

Before his appointment, Zoéga served as the president of the European University Hospital Alliance (EUHA) and was involved in the “JOIN4ATMP” initiative aimed at advancing access to innovative therapies.

Moreover, he served as the former CEO of Karolinska University Hospital in Europe.
