Kanad Hospital and Children’s National Hospital to advance paediatric care

Both parties will collaborate on areas such as neurodevelopmental and behavioural health.

UAE’s Kanad Hospital have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with US-based Children’s National Hospital to enhance paediatric care and diagnostics.

The MoU will focus on key areas such as neurodevelopmental and behavioural health, as well as establishing a prenatal, fetal, and neonatal neurology partnership between both institutions.

Kanad Hospital CEO John Birky said the partnership will address gaps in the UAE’s current paediatric healthcare system.

“By working together, we can ensure that children in the UAE have access to high-quality diagnosis and services that are not currently available in the country,” Birky said.
