India’s Ramaiah Memorial Hospital to bolster healthcare with Mount Sinai

A key element of the collaboration includes a periodic review of the hospital’s complex clinical cases.

India’s Ramaiah Memorial Hospital (RMH) has signed an exclusive agreement with Mount Sinai Health System for a long-term collaboration to enhance its healthcare services.

The partnership will focus on advancing the development of RMH’s clinical competencies and centres of excellence in a host of select speciality areas, including, but not limited to, oncology, cardiology, neurosciences, and urology-nephrology.

Meanwhile, a key component of the collaboration is set to include the periodic review of the hospital’s complex clinical cases to identify the best treatment options for patients.

Moreover, RMH President, SC Nagendra Swamy, mentioned that the partnership will enable virtual webinars, workshops, and on-site case reviews to acquire the latest clinical exposures from Mount Sinai.

“Ramaiah is committed to empowering its team of healthcare professionals through advanced training programmes, workshops, and access to the latest medical research, knowledge, techniques and technologies,” Swamy said.
