India’s Apollo Hospitals’ net profit soars 83% in Q1 FY2025

The group’s revenue saw a 15% rise to $605.8m (INR50.86b).

India’s Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited reported a net profit of approximately $36.3m (INR3.05b) in the first quarter (Q1) of fiscal year 2025 (FY2025), up 83% year-on-year (YoY) from $19.9m (INR1.67b) in Q1 FY2024.

The group’s revenue increased 15% to $605.8m (INR50.86b) whilst EBITDA rose 33% YoY at $80.4m (INR6.75b).

Meanwhile, the group’s healthcare services (hospitals) segment saw a 15% revenue growth to $314.1m (INR26.4b).

As of June 30, Apollo Hospitals had 7,942 operating beds across the network, excluding AHLL and managed beds.
