Homecare booking portal CaregiverAsia ties up with on-call doctor app Speedoc
They will cross-refer their pools of healthcare professionals to one another’s customers.
Singapore-based homecare booking services portal CaregiverAsia and house-call doctor app Speedoc have entered into a memorandum of understanding to cross-refer their respective pools of doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to each other’s customers, an announcement revealed.
The two companies will look at opportunities to jointly offer holistic homecare services with the aim of aggregating their separate pools of professionals into an integrated booking system by the end of the year. Users will benefit from the convenience of seamless booking and expanded pool of combined healthcare services.
“Through our partnership with Speedoc, house calls by qualified doctors can be made faster and more efficiently,” Yeo Wan Ling, CEO of CaregiverAsia, said in a statement.
As Singapore's ageing population grows, doctors, nurses and allied care practitioners involved in home care will play key roles in ensuring patient welfare is at the top priority, Dr Shravan Verma, CEO and Founder of Speedoc, added.
