Healthsprings unveils new platform for telemedicine services in Singapore

The group’s aesthetic medicine services are available through the platform.

Singapore-based Healthsprings Group has launched the telemedicine application, Healthsprings Connect, to streamline patient care.

The platform offers aesthetic consultation services for skin concerns, including acne, rosacea, eczema, hair loss, skin allergies, infections and mole removal.

After a consultation, users may opt to schedule in-clinic aesthetic treatments and receive prescribed medicine delivery.

Meanwhile, the platform offers access to general practitioner (GP) consultations online for non-urgent symptoms, as well as consultations for female intimate wellness and contraceptive care.

Moreover, users may book health screening packages and vaccinations through the platform.
