Gleneagles KL and Novo Reserve partner to provide medical tourist lodging

The partnership will also offer free shuttle services for the hospital’s patients and family members.

Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur (KL) has collaborated with Novo Reserve by COBNB, a property management company, to provide lodging support for tourists seeking medical care in Malaysia.

Through the partnership, medical tourist accommodations will be offered in a building near the hospital at Jalan Ampang.

Moreover, the company will provide free shuttle services for all of the hospital’s patients and family members.

Meanwhile, Leon Low, Gleneagles Hospital KL’s International marketing manager, emphasised that medical tourism extends beyond services alone.

"We are thrilled to collaborate with Novo Reserve by COBNB," Low said.

"We strive not just to offer exceptional medical care but also to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients throughout their medical journey in Malaysia,” he added.
