Fortis unveils tertiary care facility in Bengaluru, India

The facility currently has an 80-bed capacity.

Fortis Healthcare, an Indian private hospital chain, opened a multi-speciality tertiary care hospital branch in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, located in the Indian state of Karnataka.

The facility has a bed capacity of 80 and offers healthcare services, including a Fortis cancer institute, around-the-clock emergency and trauma care, an intensive care unit, a heart and vascular centre, and women and child care services.

Moreover, the hospital will serve as a campus for the Institute of Gastrointestinal Sciences.

The facility in Nagarbhavi is the fifth hospital within Fortis Healthcare's hospital network in Bengaluru.
