The doctor is logged-in! Yashoda Hospitals gets on the metaverse
It seeks to offer health treatment on metaverse and hire metaversians.
Indian healthcare group Yashoda Hospitals from Hyderabad joined the metaverse trend by buying virtual land on the platform.
In a statement, the hospital management said this move will allow the healthcare group to render its treatment on the metaverse and even employ metaversians.
Yashoda Hospitals is also the first healthcare group in India to tap the metaverse for its services.
Dr. Abhinav Gorukanti, head of Yashoda Hospitals, said establishing their presence on decentralised land will ramp up their efforts to accept decentralised technology.
“We will continue to upgrade and invest in making our digital infrastructure future-ready,” he added, pointing out that the hospital has since been open to adopting digital technology.
