Cigna Healthcare introduces new medical plan
The plan involves end-to-end coverage for a patient’s health journey.
Cigna Healthcare Hong Kong, a subsidiary of Cigna Corporation, has launched the Cigna HealthFirst Elite 360 Medical Plan, a brand-new plan that covers customers from prevention, diagnosis, and treatment, to recovery.

Coverage for Cigna HealthFirst has included preventative measures for early detection of illnesses, accessibility to medical network providers, and support from local clinical teams throughout a patient’s health journey, including extensive rehabilitative coverage for critical illnesses.
It is the highest in the market for semi-private and standard private rooms for policies of this type, where yearly limits of $3.84m (HK$30m) of Basic Policy Benefits and $6.4m (HK$50m) of Optional Outpatient Benefits are offered.
