Australia invests $8.8m in ARIIA for aged care innovation

It will be used to scale care models and workforce solutions.

The Australian government has announced an additional $8.8m (A$13m) investment in the Aged Care Research and Industry Innovation Australia (ARIIA).

The funding will be used to scale innovative care models and workforce solutions, whilst also allowing ARIIA to continuously provide the sector advice on skills, technology, and best practices.

In addition, the investment will support the establishment of an Aged Care Innovation Network and Community of Practice.
