Asan – UAE Gastroenterology Hospital development begins in Dubai

Its construction serves as a joint initiative between Asan Medical Centre and Scope Investment.

Development of the new Asan – UAE Gastroenterology Hospital has begun, marked by a groundbreaking ceremony at Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) Phase 2.

Slated for completion by 2026, the upcoming facility is being developed by South Korea’s Asan Medical Centre in partnership with Scope Investment, a UAE-based group.

The hospital, which spans approximately 21,150 sq m, will encompass two basement levels and seven floors to accommodate a 65-bed capacity.

This includes royal and VIP rooms, four operating theatres, and comprehensive gastroenterology care for adults and children.

Meanwhile, the hospital will cover specialities such as endoscopy, bariatrics, gastrointestinal oncology, liver transplantation management, and health checkups.

Moreover, additional support facilities will be available to offer rehabilitation services for related diseases, as well as outpatient clinics, an intensive care unit (ICU), and a one-day care unit.
