Asan Medical Center rolls out non-clinical data recording and management
LabNote Orange is in collaboration with digital company Ant Group.
Seoul Asan Medical Center, through its Anticancer Efficacy Evaluation Support Center (APEX), has introduced LabNote Orange, a non-clinical trial research data recording and management solution.
Jointly developed with digital conversion company Ant, LabNote Orange is the first customised solution for research in South Korea.
The solution provides both an electronic research note function that digitises non-clinical data and a laboratory information management function.

Through the technology, both user convenience and research efficiency will increase, implementing functions, such as automation of experiment plans and result reports, quality assurance systemization through data linkage, and a standard database of biomedical terminologies.
“With the development of LabNote Orange, all APEX anticancer non-clinical trial data can be managed in a consistent format. We will continue to strive to improve our solutions in the future,” Kim Tae-won, professor of oncology and director of the Anticancer Efficacy Evaluation Support Center, said.
