$298m Bunbury Regional Hospital redevelopment works to start in 2025

One of the project’s key features is a centre dedicated to upskilling and training pathways.

Main works for the $298m (A$451.1m) Bunbury Regional Hospital redevelopment in Australia are set to commence in early 2025.

The completed project will feature additional medical and intensive care beds, an expanded emergency department, increased operating theatre capacity, and extended maternity, birthing and neonatal services.

The redevelopment also includes a regional training, education and research centre for upskilling and training pathways.

Moreover, the hospital will house a new mental health observation area and expanded inpatient facilities, as well as new clinical equipment including sterilisation and support sites.
