Prior to BCG, Partha was Director at EY-Parthenon, leading projects and business development for life sciences clients across ASEAN and broader APAC. He also worked with Deloitte Consulting, J&J Medical, and Pfizer India.

He holds various technical certifications, including being a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), VMware Technical Sales Professional (VTSP), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and Network Performance Monitor and Server & Application Monitor SolarWinds Certified Professional® (SCP). He has more than 10 years of technical IT experience, four of which have been as a senior pre-sales engineer at SolarWinds. As a senior pre-sales engineer, Sascha was responsible for product training SolarWinds channel partners and customers, regularly participated in the annual SolarWinds Partner Summit EMEA, and contributed in the company’s professional certification program, SolarWinds Certified Professional.

Serene Cai

Serene is the co-founder of Speedoc, one of the region's leading digital health startups. In 2020, Speedoc raised S$6.7 million in a Series A funding round led by Vertex Ventures; and in 2022, raised a further S$28 million in a pre-Series B funding to expand its virtual hospital programme.

During the pandemic, Speedoc was a key member in Singapore’s COVID-19 response providing telemedicine services, administering COVID-19 vaccinations and other nursing services to the housebound. As part of the efforts to uplift the healthcare landscape, Serene also worked with government and hospital partners to pilot and create the Hospital@Home virtual hospital service in Singapore. Speedoc has since discharged more than 4,000 patients successfully from its virtual hospital programme. Today, Serene leads a team of 200 in 3 countries and works on establishing Singapore’s digital health leadership in the region, with close to 200, 000 patients who have used Speedoc's services till date.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Oxford Brookes University.

Stella Ramette

Stella Ramette is Director, Customer Relations and Sales, South East Asia for InterSystems, a creative data technology provider dedicated to helping customers solve the most critical scalability, interoperability, and speed problems. Based in Singapore, Stella leads the company’s South East Asian operations, providing local resources to a growing customer base and ensuring that InterSystems is responsive to their needs.

Stella has over 20 years of experience spanning healthcare IT, diagnostics, medical imaging, and medical technology. She has held positions in management, sales, marketing, and product management for established multinational corporations including Philips, Atos Medical, and Qualcomm as well as start-up companies. For most of her career, Stella has been based in Sweden, with roles covering the Nordic territories. Prior to relocating to Singapore in the first half of 2021, she also worked on weekends as a volunteer COVID-19 Vaccination Nurse in Malmö. 

Stella studied to become a Registered Nurse, specializing in operating theatre nursing, at Malmö University. She also holds a Master of Science and Business Administration from Lund University School of Economics and Management.

Stephen Sunderland

Stephen has 21 years of experience as a strategic advisor in Asia and Europe; he leads L.E.K.’s Healthcare and Life Science in SE Asia, based in Singapore.

He advises on organic growth investments as well as partnering and M&A situations, working with some of the largest and most complex multinational healthcare organizations in the world, publicly traded organizations and private equity investors, governments, industry advocacy bodies, and innovative startups.

His experience in healthcare spans international growth, business planning and opportunity evaluation, market access, as well as connected care and Healthcare IT.

Stephen joined L.E.K. in Europe and has supported L.E.K.’s growth in Asia since 2005. He holds a Master’s in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
